By the Project
Fixed pricing provided after an on-site walkthrough or based on an agreed-upon scope prior to start.
Diagnostic Consultation
On-site visits are billed at a $150 service call, which covers travel, walkthrough, evaluation, and scope verification.
If the project moves forward, the $150 service call is fully credited toward the final invoice.
All estimates requiring an on-site review are prepared during a service visit.
We do not offer free walkthroughs.
