This project was a full-scale residential renovation that began with a complete whole-house rewire and expanded into a comprehensive interior transformation. We remodeled the kitchen around a custom-imported Italian marble island featuring a waterfall countertop and a seamless one-piece marble backsplash, creating a dramatic, high-end focal point. The scope included construction of a new butler’s pantry for added storage and functionality, along with a fully built-out media room designed for immersive viewing and acoustic performance. We also created a new great room anchored by a custom fireplace finished in microcement for a modern, monolithic look. Throughout the home, we installed new flooring, completed full interior paint, and applied custom staining to elevate the architectural details. The result is a structurally updated, design-forward home that blends refined materials, clean modern lines, and integrated systems built for long-term performance and everyday living.
