We completed a full exterior renovation on this Fort Collins home, addressing both structural integrity and aesthetic upgrades. The project included a complete roof tear-off and replacement, chimney stack rebuild, installation of a new gable vent for improved attic ventilation, and replacement of all fascia and soffits to restore the building envelope. We repainted the entire home and upgraded all exterior trim for a clean, modern finish. A standout feature of the project was the custom rebuild of the patio deck overhang, where we reframed the structure and installed a custom shiplap wood ceiling, then applied professional stain and a durable polyurethane protective finish. The result is a structurally sound, weather-resistant exterior with high-end custom details designed to withstand Colorado’s climate while significantly elevating the home’s curb appeal and overall value.
