Downtown LVP

For this property, we completed a full flooring and trim upgrade throughout the upper unit to modernize and unify the space. We removed the existing flooring and installed new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) across the entire upper level, creating a clean, durable, and cohesive finish designed for long-term wear. The stair system was fully wrapped in matching LVP for a seamless transition between levels, eliminating outdated materials and improving both appearance and functionality. To complete the transformation, we installed new trim throughout the entire house, sharpening the architectural lines and giving the home a finished, updated look. The result is a refreshed interior with consistent flow, improved durability, and a modern aesthetic that immediately elevates the property’s overall value and appeal.
